Culprits who could've gotten away if they didn't try framing anyone?

    Posted: 14 Jan 2022 05:41 AM PST

I'm talking cases where either the murder left very little evidence (if at all) connecting the culprit to the crime, or cases where there would've been better alternatives to tampering with the crime scene such that the special effort of setting someone else up was unnecessary, and was what got them caught in the end.

One culprit that comes to mind for me is (1-3 spoilers) Dee Vasquez.

The victim drugged his coworker to steal his costume and kill her, and was pushed into the fence in the ensuing struggle. She then felt the need to drag his body all the way back to the studio and impale him with the spear to make it look like the defendant did it. If Vasquez had just left it alone and called the police she probably would've had the easiest self-defense claim ever and the whole scandal between her and Hammer would've died with him.

Anyone else that comes to mind for you guys? Note that I haven't finished Dual Destinies and beyond yet so if it's a case from those games hide it in spoilers!

There is no way that HE died in the fourth case of GAAC2

Seriously Im at the start of the case, and you're telling me, me, that >! Inspector Gregson !< fucking dies??? How??? He's >! Inspector Gregson !< , there is no way they can actually pull that off, I can see how somebody might frame >! Barok Van Zieks !< since he is infamous but come onnnnnnnnn, there no way. It has to be a conspiracy. Ill update but come on, there just is no way this is possible.

Thinking of doing an Apollo Justice Fan Port for PC

    Posted: 14 Jan 2022 11:46 AM PST

As the title says, I was thinking of trying to port the Ace Attorney games to PC and I know it takes a lot of time and I am just doing it for educational purpose and maybe share it with people as well who can enjoy it, it'll be 2D but I have a method of handling the 3D elements of the evidence

What I want to know is that Capcom can't sue or file a lawsuit against it right? as long as I'm not making any money out of it
