Best part of Spirit of Justice so far Posted: 18 Aug 2020 05:50 PM PDT Playing through SoJ for the first time and when Simon tells Nahyuta to "SILENCE" that first time I almost jumped out of my seat. Finally, someone tells this asshole to shut the fuck up. [link] [comments] | ||

Posted: 18 Aug 2020 06:10 AM PDT Considering how much games have advanced in the past 19 years since AA was first created, could a small indie studio create a game similar to the DS Ace Attorney games (1, 2, 3, 4, I1, I2) with a small budget and team? The original game was made in 10 months by 7 developers and it's gotten me thinking about how the 2D games are fairly small scale, despite their length, meaning that with today's skillsets technology, similar games could be made with the same quality but as an indie game. Similar question but does anyone actually know the budget for any of the games in the series? (For clarification, I'm going to uni in September for a game development and creative writing course, with the goal of one day creating an AA style game in a small studio, so I'm looking at how realistic that goal is). Posted: 18 Aug 2020 03:02 AM PDT So I am near the end of the 5th case (replaying after several years) and there seems to be some sort of plot hole. The embassies are supposed to be symmetrical to each other. Alba has a rotating piece in his fireplace that connects to the nearby room. His room is on the 5th floor of his embassy. Babahl's embassy is undergoing renovations, so it's 5th floor is not currently accessible. however, to make accommodations for the ongoing events, the third floor was converted into the ambassador room temporarily. It appears that this room also has a rotating passage in the fireplace. Edgeworth suspects that the second embassy has a hidden passage due to the symmetry and the fact that Alba's room had one. However, this logic does not make sense considering that the floors do not actually match at this time. Logically speaking, the passage would be on the 5th floor of Babahl's embassy. I seriously doubt that they installed the passage on the third floor to mirror perfectly. It seems they weren't even really aware of it. I suppose there is a chance that multiple floors on each embassy have the exact same passage marked in the same way, but that seems a little convenient. [link] [comments] |
