| I really want a Great Ace Attorney: Investigations Posted: 02 Nov 2021 01:38 PM PDT Capcom has hinted that they're interest in continuing the TGAA series, though I imagine it will be a bit difficult when Chronicles was up and down written as a two game arc, very thoroughly wrapping up all the character's stories. Not an impossible obstacle, of course, the main series kept making games, but if they want to give Ryunoske some time to rest, I think an even better idea than TGAA3 would TGAA: Investigations. Sholmes would be your detective partner, of course, and you'd play as either Iris, Van Zieks, Kazuma, or Gina. Plus the mandatory peppy assistant, in the form of Gina, Iris, or someone new. Walking around the crime scenes of London, dealing with Sholmes' bullshit, and solving crimes before they hit the court. [link] [comments] | ||

So what if there was no misunderstanding or maybe her cat didn't even escape to Kazuma's room. What if Kazuma made it to Britain unscathed. Then what? How would the story go? Knowing that his mission was to kill Gregson, what would he have done? What would Ryunosuke do? How would Susato feel when she found out she'd been lied to for 50 days? And what would Sholmes do given that he was already trying to keep Kazuma out of Britain by this point? I've been thinking of creating this post just to see how cohesive the AA universe is, to the point that a single event can lead to huge consequences. Also, I just wanted to have fun lol. For example, one thing that could change a lot of events in AA is something like (spoilers for I2-5) telling Huang not to go to the orphanage. Think about it: if that happened, Cameron would never die, so Jill never seeks revenge on Blaise, thus the Forgotten Turnabout never happens. Also, if SS-5 never happens, Simon Keyes is never pursued by Debeste's henchmen, ergo Simon never seeks revenge on Patricia, the body double and Blaise, which means AAI2 would never happen at all, even the Inherited Turnabout. After all, even if I2-3 is not related to Keyes' plan, Edgeworth only decided to investigate IS-7 because he met Raymond in I2-2, and the only reason Miles and Shields meet after roughly 18 years is due to Turnabout Target, where Ray would be Horace's attorney whereas Edgeworth would prosecute Knightley. However, if Simon never seeks revenge for living his endless escapade, then he never creates the fake assassination plan, so Horace is never arrested. Well, at best, I2-3 would happen, but maybe Larry takes the fall (he was accused at first) or perhaps Delicia, the owner of the Megatoxin X bottle, but the truth would be hidden because, without Simon, the Inherited Turnabout wouldn't achieve its canon outcome. Furthermore, (again, spoilers for I2-5) preventing SS-5 from happening also ensures that Lang's arc never happens. After all, if SS-5 never happens, then the Fall of the House of Lang doesn't happen at all, since this family wouldn't be blamed as "the ones that failed to protect the president", which was the reason for the Lang's clan downfall. Whether or not this would affect Turnabout Ablaze or the Kidnapped Turnabout is a whole different story, but technically those cases could be affected due to Lang being actively involved with them. My first is Matt Engarde's. When I first saw his breakdown animation, I had a hard time sleeping. Same with Ini Miney's— the one where she pulls her hat over her face and it makes her look like a ghost. Lana Skye's is also pretty disturbing. It almost looks like she bites her thumb off! Jigoku was likable to me because he gave off a lot of "silly uncle" vibes, especially when he was around Susato. I liked Gregson for a similar reason, in that he came off as a silly uncle to Iris, but also as a "tough love" uncle to Runo. When Jigoku killed Genshin and Gregson, I got the impression that Jigoku was an unfortunate victim of peer pressure because he caved into Stronghart's coercion so easily. Though at this point, I don't know what to think about him anymore. I guess it makes sense that there's a movie with his name that also translates to "Hell" [link] [comments] | ||

Posted: 02 Nov 2021 09:53 AM PDT I've been meaning to post this for quite some time, but after sharing my headcanon on a different post regarding Ace Attorney and cars, I knew I had to get on with it and finish my own post. xD Anyway, this is pretty self explanatory. This post focuses only on the characters from the 2D era, so it doesn't include any chars from the newest games. Also, there's quite a few characters missing from this list, such as Pearl, Lotta Hart, Will Powers, Oldbag and Justine Courtney (since I didn't have any ideas (or didn't care enough about those characters to come up with a car for them and include them on this list). There are also many cars I wanted to include in this list (such as the Toyota Supra, the Dodge Viper and the Aston Martin Vantage), but I didn't feel like any of the characters connect with them. But maybe you guys have better ideas, so feel free to share your headcanons involving what kind of vehicles the Ace Attorney cast uses! So, this is what I've got so far:

But some characters in these games are just absolute scumbags and you can't ever bring yourself to like them.
