    Back with another cut-in, this time for everyone's favorite magician Trucy Wright! Thanks to a friend for editing the Trucy pic I used for these. Apart from some minor adjustments, they're essentially the same. I've gotten mixed feedback on which one looks better. What do you think?

    Non-Edgeworth prosecutors are so underused

    it really pains me how all of the rival prosecutors are pretty interesting characters, yet they don't return as prosecutors in latter games. I wish the developers were just more lenient with prosecutors instead of it always being: Case 1 is Payne brothers, Cases 2 to 3 (or 2 to 4 in recent games) are the main rival of the game, and Final Case is the only place where they are allowed to do something different. the only non-final case that had a prosecutor other than the rival or Payne is 3-4, which was a very well received case.

    I get the rival prosecutors would be overshadowed otherwise, but you could still find ways to get around it. maybe add more cases, or better yet ..... REPLACE PAYNE. Payne needs to go, he is a meme character, but enough is enough, he is just not that interesting. Klavier would be a perfect first case prosecutor since he is more friendly and could hold back a bit. speaking of Klavier, who could've been the prosecutor in 5-3. same with Blackquill, he could be the prosecutor in 6-4, it made no sense for Nahyuta to leave Khura'in just to prosecute a random case.

    thankfully, we got to see Franziska again on the prosecutor bench in 3-5, although we never see here again in mainline games. Godot makes sense to not return sense his character arc and his career as a prosecutor are over. oh and speaking of Godot, he only appeared as prosecutor in 2.5 Cases, and never returned in later games, yet he is the best character in the entire franchise according to a lot of people, and is generally loved by most of the fans. he had 2 other non-Payne prosecutors in his game, and he still connected with the fans, so the argument for being overshadowed I mentioned earlier is irrelevant now.

    Localisation and adaptation

    If someone were to adapt the localised version of Ace Attorney, Pearl Harbor excuse and all, would that be seen as white washing?

    I mean the fact that they're not doing their "Los Angeles" excuse with the Great Ace Attorney Chronicles confirms that Phoenix is mixed race, and there's also the Fey family and the Nine-Tails Vale stuff, but most of the cast who aren't confirmed to be Asian in that version would have their race changed.

    This is where my mind goes sometimes, because it's technically it's own canon at this point...

    Spoilers for anyone who hasn't beaten Justice For All yet, specifically case 2-4

    ...

    I'm on Justice For All now, case 2-4 and Miles Edgeworth returned. And... Phoenix seems so dismissive towards Edgeworth, Edgeworth even remarks Phoenix hates him when you ask for "proof of Von Karma's blood." I mean, Phoenix even says something like "it'd be better if you never came back from the dead."

    I get that Justice for All wasn't written with Rise from The Ashes (1-5) in mind, but Edgeworth was showing signs of development in cases 1-3 and 1-4. I really don't get why Phoenix views Edgeworth so low, Edgeworth's prioritized pursuing the truth in 1-3 over a "perfect win record" but Phoenix assumes he left due to losing his perfect win record. Why does Phoenix hate Edgeworth?

    And is 1-5 canon? I really hope so cause it's my favorite case, but I know JFA was made before it. Edgeworth does bring up how teamwork is important to solving cases in 2-4 like in 1-5, but Phoenix is surprised by this which doesn't add up. If 1-5 isn't canon, is the whole teamwork stuff an epiphany Edgeworth had during his disappearance because he helped Phoenix in 1-3?

    I'm still not very far into case 2-4, so I'm not sure if this is something addressed.
