    What I thought of Trials and Tribulations

    The strongest of the three. It wraps up the overall plot of Ace Attorney in a satisfying end with lovable characters. I really liked every cases and I think each of them were really good. Case 2 was my favorite of the bunch because I wasn't able to predict that Ron was actually Mask DeMasque, and also for the reason that it was really ambitious for a second case. After all, Zvarri-Man made us believe that he was actually the thief, which I believed, only for it to be false and you had to pick him up in his own courtroom to testify; this character was so entertaining holy heck. I really enjoyed seeing old faces being expanded upon (Andrea and Larry ex), it made them feel more complete and human. Now for the nitpicks, I don't really like Iris. I was so confused by her emotions towards Phoenix and her siser, that it left me dumbfounded. The fact that she still helped her sister after all that she had done, made me dislike her... as a person. You could call her well written and I wouldn't debate against you. That's pretty much it. I played the game in 3-4 days and I'm tired so see ya.

    I've decided to drop the Luke atmey bloopers in favour of short skits for the chacters. I've already got one in the works but feel free to send me to any short video or compilation and I may see what I can do. This is mostly because school is getting in the way and I can't do big animations like the Edgeworth one. Rest assured tho, I am working on colouring because I feel like it's incomplete. Anyway thanks. I hope school decides to chill a bit.

    [DUAL DESTINIES SPOILERS] Plothole in the first case?

    I finished Dual destinies a while ago, and I've been thinking about something that doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

    One of the twists by the beggining of the final trial is that Tonate didn't actually set off the bomb in the courtroom, that was the phantom. However, this would mean 3 things that are fairly problematic:

    1) Tonate actually heard the extremely faint ticking of the bomb inside phony phanty from a distance. This one is fairly excusable, I guess he's really good at disarming bombs?

    2) It's a huge coincidence that it's set off right when Apollo calls the deceased Candice Arme to the stand. The phantom could've set the bomb off at any time, so this somehow worked out extremely well for bomb man

    3) WHAT WAS TONATE'S ORIGINAL PLAN??? He put a corpse inside a transport case that was going to be used as evidence during a trial! Was he just praying that nobody opened it?

    Playing my first Ace Attorney game! Borrowing Dual Destinies from a friend.

    I always heard much about Phoenix Wright, but I never tried them or wasn't sure if I'd be into them. But I really love the 3d art style from Dual Destinies. If I get hooked into this series I'd hope that new games continue on using this art style. I'll probably get the trilogy too if I end up liking this one. I wonder if they'd ever port the other games to the switch, that'd be nice.

    It played 24 times. Jesus, they overdid it in the two last cases, they should have just created a new song, cause it undermines the final case of Justice for All and its reveal. It played over 12 times in the final case of T&T.

    They need to stop using Maya as a plot device!(spoilers)

    I was just playing through Spirit of Justice for the first time, and when I heard Maya was kidnapped again, I just kinda rolled my eyes. I'm so used to Maya being used to create emotional stakes that at this point, it almost has no effect on me. They could point a gun at Maya and I swear I wouldn't bat an eye. I don't even care if they want to use kidnapping again in the later games but please just take someone else.
