What are some of the most impactful moments where the music fit the situation perfectly?

    Posted: 10 Jul 2020 02:22 PM PDT

Without the right music much of the emotional highs in this series would have fallen short. Conversely some of the greatest moments were amplified by stellar tracks. What are your favorite Ace Attorney moments where the music hit just right?

    My favorites are

JfA When Franziska burst through the courtroom doors with the final pieces of evidence which would bring about a miracle as The Great Revival played

T&T When Godot says "You'd do well to remember this, Maya. The only time a lawyer can cry is when it's all over" as Trial 2004 played. Trial 2004 is undisputedly my favorite Trial theme because of this very moment.

DGS1 When Ryuunosuke resolved to defend Souseki after he came to his own answer of what it meant to be a Defense Attorney as Prelude of an Adventure played. "What should I believe in? Justice? My client? Or the truth? But now I finally understand. I choose to believe in myself." At this moment Ryuunosuke cemented himself as my favorite protagonist in this series.

Is the anime meant to be cheesy?

    Posted: 10 Jul 2020 09:34 PM PDT

so i never ever watch that sorta thing, but there's been not much else to do lately (?) ish. okay-

but thats my question. Is the anime series of the games meant to be cheesy? I'm only like two episodes in and had to take break cause I was crying from snort-laughing and its 12 am. god help. it's too much. their expressions and the overdramatic effects and seeing the characters more alive. Is it meant to have that effect? or is it more a serious type?

The deaths of these characters were the catalyst/cause for most of the events in the game.

Some U would want to change in 5-5

    Posted: 10 Jul 2020 12:26 PM PDT

So I have a couple problems with the final case for Dual Destinies as at times it feels messy or unsatisfactory. Even with a great twist villain reveal, his overall breakdown and motive fall flat. This not to mention me feeling like the story got robbed of a great character moment for Athena as he backstory is awfully similar to Edgeworth (in terms of how the events played out) just with some extra blood. But that's besides what I want to change here. It mostly has to do with Apollo and how his character was handle.

We see Apollo rebelling from the group after his best friend was murdered and he faces a moral dilemma that his doubts would accuse his new colleague and he goes investigating on his own. However, Apollo's sudden re-entrance to have Phoenix attempt to break that doubt seemed lacking and I was stuck on this thought for a different approach: instead of Edgeworth, why not have Apollo prosecute under Edgeworth's approval. It would be similar to the civil case in SOJ, but now we get to see Apollo breakdown as he desperately tries to convict Athena of the crime and visually see his internal conflicts of prosecuting another friend to get closure. It would've been more impactful and most likely make more logical sense as Apollo is clearly more passionate about the case than Edgeworth and Aura would've probably preferred someone who already had a similar line of thinking as her to prosecute. We would also see Apollo's character grow and finally come to the same conclusion as Phoenix that Athena wasn't the killer. It would also be helpful if Clay was more of a prominent figure in the previous cases.

    (2-4 / 3 spoilers) Franziska and Maya

    Posted: 10 Jul 2020 03:27 PM PDT

What happened to the fourth evidence? At the end of JfA, Franziska has a Drawing of Nick that Maya does while she's captured, but in the third game she doesn't mention it and never gave him the drawing as she said in the epilogue. They forgot about it or this happens in the fourth game?
