Let’s talk about Turnabout Time Traveler.

This is a case I see hated on a lot. At least personally, I loved it, despite it's obvious and often tiring fanservice-ness it had a lot of good things going for it. I love both Sorin and Nichody a LOT, and Ellen wasn't bad either. Sorin is a fascinating character and I really enjoyed how his disability ties into the case and how devoted he is to Ellen. Nichody is just a very tragic character, for me he's basically Acro but done in a way that lets the player come to their own conclusions of whether he really is tragic, and comparatively I very much dislike Acro. Ellen has some long animations which I see complained about a lot but I never was bothered by that and always found her really funny and a good counterpart to Sorin. The core mystery is very interesting and the areas you get to investigate are some of the most fascinating in the series. It also has some incredibly funny Edgeworth/Phoenix/Judge moments. Yeah Larry is kinda useless and I wish they made him grow a little bit, and Maya didn't really need to be there I guess, but overall it has a ton of quality, and I feel like if it was in the trilogy, it would be just as loved as some of the more popular trilogy filler cases. For those of you who don't like it, I'd love to hear why.

I noticed something off about Prosecutor Gavin (Marked for small AJ Spoilers)

    Posted: 30 Apr 2020 11:20 PM PDT

When I say I, I mostly mean my friend noticed. They're a little too obsessed with him. Maybe I should call for authorities and get some help? Therapy maybe?

Anyways, I just have a slight question to see if anyone knows. If you look at any picture, and maybe all of his sprites, Klavier, I'm just going to ditch formalities at this point, always has his left hand in his left pocket. Better yet, it's never his full hand. Either his thumb is sticking out and all of his other fingers are in his pockets, or his thumb is in the pocket and all other fingers are out. Mostly the former, which is important later.

I assume this is just a mere design choice by the artists, I can't remember the name off of the top of my head, but it's an interesting concept. I, personally, am not a fan of some of the headcanons given by the fandom, and I'm not a fan of ships. But a subtle little theory my friend and I share is either he has something in his pocket worth keeping, similar to disbarred Wright's locket, or maybe he also has a scar on his hand. If you've ever played Apollo Justice, you automatically know of Kristoph Gavin's scar on his hand. Which, we don't know much about. But maybe, this is a stretch by the way, Klavier has something similar to his hand. Which is why he shields the back of his hand in his pocket. Better yet, Gavin's scar is on his right hand. Meaning, it'd be ironic for Klavier to have it on his left.

This was made specifically because I can't sleep at night thinking of this, and just wanted to let it out. If you decided to read, thank you for that! I'm new to the fandom, and personally really enjoy it! If you have any different theories on why he has it, or just think it's a design idea, feel free to say it in the comments! Once again, thank you for reading! Have a lovely rest of your day or night!

italics are representing my edited message! left something out! apologies!

Lance Amano could've just explained his situation to his dad and asked for a million dollars to pay off the loansharks. From what he see of Ernest Amano, he's both willing and capable of spending millions for his kid. The whole fake kidnapping plot didn't need to happen.

I've just binged the first 4 games on the ds over lock down and am playing the 5th now and I'm just wondering how the hell they've consistently had such an amazing selection of music in this game. I have a spotify playlist full of music from just the first 4 and it's huge I must know the secret to such greatness.

does anyone else feel like the series is probably on ice, and its for things western fans couldn't even control?

    Posted: 30 Apr 2020 01:42 AM PDT

DGS 2 sold VERY badly in japan, and we haven't heard ANYTHING about a new game in the entire time afterwards.

capcom killed the series and didn't even give us a chance to like DGS 1 or DGS 2.
