Some of these men are downright terrifying, some decidedly not... However, like all prosecutors, they are still hot, and we need to judge them all fairly amongst their peers at the end of the day. | Ranking every Ace Attorney Case: Top 10 Posted: 28 Oct 2021 07:34 PM PDT 10: The Return of the Great Departed Soul This place is very complex, but that's what makes it so damn good to me. Every character is super likable, Kazuma's return was really satisfying, and as long as it was I don't think there was any filler. And let's not forget the investigations, which were intense in a good way. So much was going on. And it has my favorite eduction segment. 9: Turnabout Reminiscence This case brought Edgeworth back into the courtroom, and was also just really good. Yew is a great villain, and Tyrell Badd is a really good character with a name that isn't obvious at all. Overall it's a great case, and worth playing AAI for. 8: The Grand Turnabout This case gets a lot of s#, but I don't care. It's a damn good case with a great villain, it's got a great ending, and concludes the AAI duology perfectly. It's flawed, yes, but so are all of the cases in the series. 7: Turnabout Academy This is a great case. The characters are likable, even box girl, the story is great, and the overall setting is amazing. Not to mention, it's very entertaining, and Means's has one of the best and funniest breakdowns ever. The only bad thing is that one scene where Hugh screams, I found myself laughing during that instead of feeling empathy. 6: The Adventure of the Unspeakable Story This case has perfect pacing, has a really well written story, has a good villain, (Who sadly probably got sent to the gallows considering the time period.) and the overall climax is great. The only problem is how damn obvious it is, but that doesn't really matter considering how fun it is to figure it out anyway. 5: Turnabout Goodbyes I don't have to explain this one. This concludes AA1 perfectly (Not counting RFTA, because I honestly have no clue if it is canon or not.) and has one of the most entertaining trials in the series. Overall, it's great. 4: Bridge to the Turnabout This case fleshes out Dahlia as a villain, gives a perfect prosecutor redemption arc, and is just really entertaining in general. A common criticism I see on it is that it's really ridiculous, but I don't see that as a flaw. Phoenix may have fallen off a bridge into ice cold water and somehow survived, but I mean, this is Ace Attorney, what do you expect? 3: Farewell, my Turnabout How could I not rank this high. It's got two great villains, and is one of those cases where the stakes are super high. This case is wonderful, 10/10. 2: The Resolve of Ryunosuke Naruhodo Perfect conclusion to the duology. My only problem is that Seishiro should not have been a villain in this, and should've been one in GAA2-4. Still though, this case is great. Solving Professor Killings while proving Mael Stronghart (Who I can say with full certainty got executed Post-GAA.) is a terrible person is great. 1: Turnabout for Tomorrow I don't want to hear it, this case is amazing. Cases 4&5 foreshadowed Fulbright being a villain flawlessly, and the case overall was just really fun to solve, and had one of the most satisfying endings ever. All of its characters had their arcs ended perfectly, and the case's setting is amazing. I don't see how people can hate this case. [link] [comments] | ||
