Enoch Drebber should have been named after... Posted: 21 Feb 2022 10:26 AM PST ...Victor Hatherley Enoch Drebber in Sherlock Holmes is nothing like his counterpart with the same name in dgs. He sexually harasses and assaults women, is from Ohio, and worst of all, is a Mormon. Victor Hatherley from The Engineer's Thumb, on the other hand, is actually an engineer and also gets involved in shady business due to financial troubles. Not to mention, he loses a thumb which could work with the whole mechanical hand thing. I think this is much closer to dgs Enoch's character and would be a much more fitting name. What do you guys think? [link] [comments]
What’s your first experience with the ace attorney games? Posted: 21 Feb 2022 11:38 PM PST So I just started to play ace attorney finally, (haven't gotten far just pass the tutorial) and I have seen the anime so I have been spoiled on most of the story, but i got to ask…. Do you guys feel dumber when you play ace attorney or is it just me. Like I haven't really read much since I graduated high school in 2018 that was the last time I really read like a book for instance, and while playing I can't seem to retain info a lot like they will say stuff and I freeze up and I'm like…"w-wait ok better re-read this a few more times" I feel like an idiot too when I try to present info that isn't correct, it happened twice with that first case and they were both at the point where you try to prove the clock was off that day of Larry's girlfriends murder. I hit both of the options with time in it and was like "well that wasn't it.." once I got it I felt so damn dumb. Just was wondering if you have similar experiences cause honestly so far when I played it I felt really mentally inept. [link] [comments]
