    I don't think she's given enough credit for everything she's contributed to the series. Beautiful, intelligent, empathetic, she's the whole package. No wonder why Diego liked her so much. She's such a kind and friendly boss to Nick, and a warm older sister to Maya. She even continues helping both of them in the afterlife! Part of me wants to see her again, but it'd be better as either a memory or a cameo of a photo of her. She deserves to finally rest in peace for everything she did. We all deserve a boss/friend like Mia Fey.

    Iris testimony 3-5/frustrating testimonies

    Maybe it's the language barrier, maybe I was used to a certain method on how to progress counter-interrogations, but I got completely stuck at Iris testimony, the one where she talks about the snowmobile.

    Surprisingly, that's the only time on this rerun where I had to look up for a solution. It's quite annoying, but I spent way too much time on this testimony.

    Am I the only one who found the testimony hard? Plus, which testimony had you stuck the longest? What was the most frustrating experience?

    The wasted potential of Morgan Fey

    Morgan Fey, is a bad antagonist. She could have been one of the best, but she was really misused

    And the biggest problem with her, is how little we actually see of her compared to her overall importance.

    In JFA case 2, we just see her facade, the kind uptight kurain nun that cares only about her daughter's wellbeing and upholding their traditions. We later learn how wicked she truly is, being the mastermind behind everything, but we are just told that. We never see her as her real self

    We don't get to really talk to her in investigations the second day, and we don't even get to put her on the stand. She is just arrested off screen.

    In the third game, we get way more backstory for her family, but she still is barely there. In the last case, we again learn that she orchistrated everything, but unlike Kristoph Gavin, we don't get to call her out of prison and cross examine her. We just see her monologuing before her execution in one brief scene

    And it's really bad because we could see more of her. Make her a more indimidating antagonist that's hard to crack. She is positioned as the most important figure in the trilogy and yet she's practically non existent in it. And her non involvement, also makes Dahlia worse by extension

    And there are two ways she could have been better. You could give more backstory and say she was always cruel and emotionless, bitter that her younger sister is better than her. You could also say she mistreated her first daughters because they didn't have the power necessary to one day become masters. Which would give more depth to Dahlia by saying she was doing all those cruel things trying to win her mother's approval.

    Or you could go the empathetic route, and show that in the past, her persona in the start of 2:2 was how she actually was. Her true self. But after her husband left her and took her children she grew cold and bitter, hating her sister and her line that ruined her own family. Which again, would not only make her a deeper more interesting character, but also explain Dahlia better since it would explain her resentment of her father, and could also suggest she took part in her plan in T&T to bond with her long lost mother

    All in all, she was a character with great potential that got wasted and never got development. And considering that Misty Fey has similar problems I'd say the Fey sisters in general were less of actual characters and more of not well thought out plot devices.

    In fact, as a writer I always dreamed of making a live action Ace attorney series. If I ever do that, the one thing I'm definately changing, is giving a lot more development to the sisters(and the other one would be Iris and Phoenix raising Trucy together)

    Do you think her disguise as Calisto Yew is the closest we'll get to seeing her real face? She wears a lot of makeup when she uses that alias, but this disguise looks a lot more natural than her Shih-na disguise. I bet that she just contours her face and draws on the freckles to make her look more like Cece Yew
