    Worthy Contenders are Apollo Justice and Athena Cykes. They keep up their smiles in optimism among the dark, disturbing, and cruel truths they have to undertake. Especially if they are dealing with a murder of someone ungodly close to them.

    Other mentions go to Miles Edgeworth, Simon Blackquill, Nahyuta Sahdmadhi, and Maya Fey depending on how you look at them prospectively.

    Compositional Analysis of Pursuit 2002 ~ Questioned

    Pursuit 2002, perhaps better known as Questioned, sits comfortably in my top 3 Pursuit themes speaking strictly in terms of musical quality. Thematically speaking however, it's easily my favorite Pursuit theme to date. The word "pursuit" evokes a certain image - one that involves a high-stakes chase between pursuer and pursued. However we would be remiss to think a pursuit is a one-sided affair. Foes are at their most formidable when backed into a corner and have nothing left to lose - no Pursuit theme captures this feeling like Questioned does. While every other Pursuit theme stirs up a feeling of victory, Questioned puts the fight-or-flight response in overdrive. It mentally prepares you for the biggest hurdle to overcome and makes you question if victory is even possible. The most adrenaline-filled case in the series, 2-4, simulates what a pursuit would entail down to its very essence. The compositional genius to have Hotline of Fate intertwine with Questioned drives home the fact that when it comes to a pursuit - you aren't the only pursuer.
