    Godot's Rules

    Posted: 08 Jul 2020 12:33 AM PDT

I have compiled a list of all the times Godot says something and then cites it as one of his "rules". Consider living your life by these rules.

    1. If you're not ready yourself, then you shouldn't expect others to be.

    2. Save the big questions for the testimony.

    3. Always chase a riddle down to the end.

    4. Don't let the mysteries of yesterday mystify you today (only losers think like that). You've got to change with the times!

    5. When lied to, always down a mug of coffee.

    6. You've got to strike while the iron is hot.

    7. You can make your own rules.

    8. Upon meeting a beautiful lady, always ask for her name and profession. (ask again if said lady turns out to be possessed by an evil spirit)

    9. If you've got a problem, solve it during cross-examination.

    10. If you've got a question, ask the witness.

    11. If it's worth asking, ask the witness.

    12. Never drink more than 17 cups of coffee during any given trial.

Questions regarding Ace Attorney Apollo Justice

    Posted: 07 Jul 2020 08:25 AM PDT

So i just finished Ace Attorney: Apollo Justice. I found the game very enjoyable and on par with the original trilogy, and i really liked the last case despite being spoiled that Kristoph was the one behind everything. However, i do have some questions i am still confused over the last case.

    1. If Zak wanted to just have a game of poker with Phoenix, why did he hire the dealer to try to expose Phoenix as a cheater?

    2. What exactly is the Mason System? Are we playing as Lamiroir during that chapter?

    3. Did Kristoph this whole operation just because Zak chose Phoenix over him as a defence attorney?

    4. Did phoenix spend the 7 years as a hobo just so that he could gather information on the gramyre case?

Sorry for these barrage of question. I just feel abit confused after playing the game.

About the Judge's brother... (spoilers for 3-5)

    Posted: 07 Jul 2020 10:31 AM PDT

So, we all know that, when we play with Edgeworth, the judge's brother appears to preside over the case. However, in the second part of the trial, he got a fever and fainted, suddenly.

Not too long before we hear about that, Edgeworth said something that triggered my attention.

Maybe you've passed your cold onto someone else, literally.

Is it just me, or could Phoenix actually have passed his cold onto the judge's brother, thus having our good and old judge to preside over the case?

How would you rank the Ace Attorney games?

    Posted: 07 Jul 2020 08:00 PM PDT

I personally would rank them like this(minus Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright because I haven't played that):

    1. Ace Attorney Investigations 2
    2. Ace Attorney Trials & Tribulations
    3. Ace Attorney Justice For All
    4. Ace Attorney Spirit of Justice
    5. Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth
    6. Ace Attorney
    7. Ace Attorney Dual Destinies
    8. Ace Attorney: Apollo Justice

    Ace Attorney for Switch (Concept)

    Posted: 07 Jul 2020 12:56 PM PDT

I have just had an idea that I think would be really interesting for an AA game on Switch. Maybe not the primary feature, but something interesting. What if you would capture evidence with the capture button, and then in court, your photo album be brought up to present what you choose. That way you could record what you want more than just what the game gives everyone. It produces a way to create different gameplay and added difficulty of finding the evidence yourself instead of them automatically adding evidence in your pre-determined menu for you. I'm not sure if someone has had this idea already, if so I'm sorry. I'd like to see what you guys think about the game working like this.
