    [Spoilers] Something I'd like cleared up about Turnabout Reminiscence...

    So, in the final argument against Callisto, you prove that she is the Yatagarasu by revealing that she knows the secret to the Yatagarasu's Key. However... nothing she says actually indicates that she does know the secret? There's a weird jump to Callisto saying that there's no way she could've killed him because she doesn't know where the knife came from, and then Edgeworth explains how it works to her and suddenly she's like AHAHAHA, YOU FOUND ME OUT!! It sorta feels like a nonsequiter to me. Did I miss something?

    Please do keep in mind that I haven't played Case 5 yet.

    What are the Type of Games that you'd Like to See in the Future?

    Over the franchise, we've seen:

    • 5 Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney
      • 2 of which do not focus on Phoenix Wright but instead on the Agency
    • 1 Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney
    • 2 Miles Edgeworth: Ace Attorney Investigations
    • 2 Dai Gyakuten Saibans
    • A crossover with Professor Layton.

    It seems clear to me, at least, that games 1-3 were Phoenix's arc, and though 4-6 weren't exclusively Apollo Justice's arc at all, I think it could be surmised that way. Apollo Justice didn't sell very well, so Dual Destinies and Spirit of Justice had the Phoenix Wright title slapped on it to improve sales, despite the story still not revolving around Phoenix Wright.

    The future of Ace Attorney is uncertain. Some fans speculate we won't get any more games (which I think is rubbish. It's been under 3 years, no need to hit the panic button, people.)

    But regardless, we can't be certain if the game we'll get next will be an Investigations 3 (yeah, good luck with that one), another Dai Gyakuten (again, unlikely), some random crossover, another Phoenix Wright game which doesn't revolve around Phoenix Wright, a new Phoenix Wright game which for some reason does return to focusing on Phoenix Wright, another Apollo Justice but Spirit of Justice that seems much more than unlikely, or maybe even an Athena Cykes: Ace Attorney. Or, indeed, it's possible we could get a completely new story with a completely removed character.

    My question is simple. Let's pretend you can somehow choose what the next game is out of the below poll. Which one would you want it to be? (I am not asking which you think is most likely, so feel free to go out there and vote for something which is practically impossible).

    [question] Skipping murder scenes in the 1st game

    Hi! I'm new to the series, just picked up the trilogy on switch and am playing through the first game now with my girlfriend, it's a lot of fun!

    The only other game like this that I've played was danganronpa a few years back, which was also great. One thing I realize I liked about that game was that you, the player, had just as little knowledge during each investigation as the main character in the story, which made it a little harder and I enjoyed being more invested in the story.

    So, my question is, during the beginning of each act in ace attorney, it seems like there'll be a scene giving away who the murderer is -- can I skip that? Like, mute it and not pay attention, to get the same effect? Or (hopefully no spoilers) will that make the later sections of the game too hard / will I be missing important plot points? (we just finished act 2)

    I'm playing Apollo Justice for the first time and I've noticed something that kind of irritates me. Can anyone tell me if it gets better? (Maybe minor spoilers?)

    Alrighty, I'm on the first trial of case 2 of Apollo Justice right now and for the most part it's really fun! I'm actually really liking the game so far and I think the sprite work is gorgeous! But I do have one major thing that's annoying me.

    It kind of feels like Apollo isn't actually doing much during this trial... I didn't really notice this much during the first trial. but it feels like very time I make an objection or something, Apollo isn't actually the one explaining it. Trucy is. I like Trucy plenty and her design is lovely, but it feels like she's done most of the actual lawyering. Does this get better? Does Apollo actually ever get to explain some of his own objections? Or is this something I'll just have to grin and bear?

    Do you guys think that a game focused on Athena would be a good idea? I loved her character so much in Dual Destinies, and she basically only appear in two case in Spirit Of Justice.
    But now that Apollo decided to stay in Khura'in, i think she will have more screentime from now on.
