    Case identification?

    Posted: 28 Jan 2020 07:47 PM PST

Hey there! My partner and I are trying to remember what case a scene is from without spoiling ourselves again. Hopefully y'all can help.

We both remember a final puzzle where you are asked, in order, to present multiple pieces of evidence chronologically. We both remember the order being a bit difficult and it was probably a final puzzle. Sorry about how vague this is. Hope we didn't imagine it.

    The Defiant Dragons

    Posted: 28 Jan 2020 03:15 PM PST

I know that this is a video game, and video games (especially Ace Attorney) sometimes don't operate under reality, but I've been seeing some people saying Dhurke's philosophy of a bloodless revolution was not only unrealistic (especially given how Ga'ran ruled), but also wasting the potential the Defiant Dragons could have really had as an insurgency.

My question is this: how would you have written the Defiant Dragons? Would you have kept their current philosophy? Or would you have given them a more gray morale?

    My unpopular Ace Attorney opinions!

    Posted: 28 Jan 2020 10:53 PM PST

Let me know what you guys think of these unpopular opinions

-Dual Destinies is the best game in the series -Phineas Filch is great -3-5 is a top case easily but it's overrated -Jinxie, Hugh O Connel and Robin Newman are some of the best witnesses -Phoenix is a boring character and out of the main cast he's easily my least favorite -Turnabout Academy is the best case -Investigations 2 should have had a filler case or two instead of having them all be closely related -All of the Apollo Justice cases are mid tier at best -I hate Valant -Fulbright is the best detective -Turnabout Airlines is the best Investigations 1 case

The characters of webcomic Maliki as the Turnabout crew

Why does everyone hate Turnabout Serenade so much?

    Posted: 28 Jan 2020 04:09 AM PST

I'm not gonna lie I enjoyed this case a lot and don't think it deserves as much hate as it gets. I'll just give a few quick reasons 1. While I agree the reason for why they arrested him are pretty wild, I love Machi and the uniqueness he presents in the early of the case while he claims not to be able to speak. It presents a unique challenge that Apollo must overcome. 2.Klavier is on his A game this case and while not my favorite prosecutor this is definitely a stand out case for him. 3. This is jsut me but I play in an orchestra and sometimes I play first chair for the section so I know how important queues are, so the breakdown of the song sections was great 4. Getting to meet the victim made this a lot more personal for me which just continued to add to the hype.

Thanks for listening to my rant, if you want to tell me why you like or dislike this case!

    My Headcanons for the #AceAttorneySquad

    Posted: 28 Jan 2020 06:48 PM PST

I try to write stories for these guys, at least the ones I find the most interesting, and all of them happen in the periods between games, and some of these should obviously be impossible, but this is just what I've established typically after watching some of the games (1-4) and the anime at least 3 times. You can ask about them and I'll explain if it doesn't make sense. Most of these came from 1-3.

    - Richard Wellington and Luke Atmey are brothers. The latter is major crushing on Godot.

    - Wendy Oldbag (who works at a library now) is chasing after Redd White.

    - Mia Fey, Gregory Edgeworth, and Valerie Hawthorne (among a few) live.

    - Vera Misham took in Machi Tobaye. She and Wocky Kitaki are good friends - with each other as well as with Klavier Gavin and Apollo Justice.

    - Daryan Crescend rocks a long ponytail instead of his old pompadour. He shares an area in solitary with Kristoph Gavin and Morgan Fey.

    - Lotta Hart babysits Cody Hackins.

    - Ema Skye was deputized at 17.

    - Lana Skye is still Chief Prosecutor (at least until she steps down and appoints Miles Edgeworth in her place).

    - Pearl Fey lives with Maya Fey after the arrest of her mother.

    - Angel Starr and Jake Marshall both live together. Neither of them are doing official police work.

    - After Damon Gant was forced to step down, there was no official COP appointed, so the job switched between Dick Gumshoe, Maggey Byrde, and Mike Meekins.

    - Thalassa Gramarye decides to tell Apollo and Trucy Enigmar (/Wright) the whole family story after she gets her memory back.

    - The people that get sentenced to death will die eventually (i.e. Dahlia Hawthorne), but not until they've served their purpose in the story they star in.

    Opinions, Everybody Has Them

    Posted: 28 Jan 2020 12:15 PM PST

    1. Turnabout Big Top is the second best Justice For All case.

    2. Bridge to Turnabout is the worst case in Trials and Tribulations.

    3. Cammy Meele is the best villain in AAI

    4. Best Pairing is Larry x Phoenix

    5. Trucy is better than Maya

    6. Athena is worst assistant

    7. Turnabout Revolution is average.

    8. Roger Retinz is best villain in SoJ

    9. Wocky is best defendant.

    10. Dahlia Hawthorne is an incapable fool of a villain.

    11. Phoenix x Maya x Edgeworth is best ship.
