What is your interpretation of this somewhat squicky line? Was this more explicit in the Japanese version (i.e. like the censored Director Hotti line in JFA)?

One thing I like about DD and possibly SOJ

    Posted: 15 Jul 2020 01:23 PM PDT

I've only played case 1 in SOJ so I don't know much atm but

I'm not a giant fan of the 3DS games. I'll be honest. Monstrous turnabout kinda set a sour taste in my mouth but one thing I like is, at the end of court, when you get a not guilty, everyone is smiling. Apollo is generally crossing his arms, Athena is doing that cute hand thing, even in 5-4 Blackquill is even smiling because both him and Athena were innocent

It's just a really nice touch and I enjoy seeing it.

So I'm really hoping for completely new Phoenix Wright games but until then anyone else think they should release everything that wasn't in the original trilogy as poets for current gen consoles?

Which non-villain had the funniest breakdown? [Possible spoilers ahead]

    Posted: 15 Jul 2020 11:51 AM PDT

As of title, I am curious to know: to you, which witnesses found not to be a case final villain/culprit (accomplices like April May still counts though) had the best breakdown?

To me, the best breakdowns are those of Olga Orly (fake waiter only), Norma DePlume (LoL) and Yuri Cosmos

(SPOILERS FOR AAI2-3) Isn't Raymond being a little hypocritical?

    Posted: 15 Jul 2020 05:19 PM PDT

At the end of The Inherited Turnabout Raymond says to Katherine Hall " Kate, will you have me as your attorney? (....) I won't let them find you guilty" despite her totally being guilty of attempted murder and robbery.

Where's all the "finding the truth" he so very much defends? Doesn't this come off a little hypocritical?
