Favourite one liner/running joke in the series? Posted: 09 Aug 2020 09:14 AM PDT I'm curious if I missed any besides the step/ladder joke. My personal favourite is (I'm not sure about the case.) in DD, when one of the witnesses or defendants goes "Fine prosecutor, then kill me and finish the job.!" so blackquill goes "AIGHT" and everyone starts panicking. What about yall? [link] [comments]

Posted: 09 Aug 2020 09:04 PM PDT Hey all! Just finished up the PW: AA trilogy on the Switch and I can safely say it was amazing. Looking for more games to enjoy in the series, but I'm not sure which to get. Heard some mixed things about Apollo Justice, so I thought I might as well ask for some suggestions. Note: I really enjoyed the story behind all the cases (Kurain, Phoenix-Iris, etc) so any game that has a decent story to it would be appreciated. Also, currently only have access to my Switch and IOS, maybe Steam in the future. Thanks in advance! [link] [comments]

There's something I don't get about AAI2 Case 5 (spoilers, duh) Posted: 09 Aug 2020 05:32 PM PDT Let me start by saying this is in my top 3 best ace attorney games. However, there's still something I don't understand about case 5 -So Courtney was being blackmailed by 2 people. Blaise and Simon. Blaise wanted her to give Roland a not guilty verdict, and Simon, on the contrary, DID want Roland to be declared guilty. Why does Courtney only mention to Edgeworth that he was being blackmailed by Blaise? IIRC she never says anything about being blackmailed by 2 different people over his son until Edgeworth pointed it out at the end. Furthermore, she was about to acquit Roland, as if Simon never blackmailed her. Was she just playing russian roulette? Didn't she find it weird? -If the body double was in the Zheng Fa embassy with Dai-Long Lang the night when the real Huang was murdered by Dogen, how could he murder Cameron? [link] [comments]

Posted: 09 Aug 2020 12:43 PM PDT So the title is just about the short of it. Over the quarantine, my friends and I have been playing games like ace attorney( not necessarily with the crime solving but things with unvoiced characters and text boxes to read from, like Night in the Woods or Vallhalla). Of course with this, before the game starts we usually divvy out the roles to who would to do certain characters and it's been simple enough. Main characters are assigned beforehand and any characters that pop up are chosen on the spot. Here's where my problem is. All of us are completely new to the Ace Attorney franchise/universe so we have no idea who the reoccurring characters are(besides the main man Phoenix). With the previous games, at least one of us had played the game so we know what characters pop up all the time or which ones are there for just a little bit. Ok after 3 paragraphs here's the actual question. I would like to know what characters are reoccurring over multiple cases. I'm sure we can deal with the folks new to every case(which I assume exist) by just doing what we usually do. Things like reoccurring prosecutors or people you constantly encounter over the different trials throughout the games(unless each of the games have different sets in which case there's a whole other problem to deal with). At the very least, some semblance of a list for just PW: AA would be good. Any assistance at all is greatly appreciated. [link] [comments]
Trouble with black screen on AAT on Steam Posted: 09 Aug 2020 07:17 PM PDT When I launch the game everything is fine, but when I start playing the screen starts to glitch and go black whether I'm in windowed or not. I've verified the game files and uninstalled and reinstalled it. Has anyone else had this issue? [link] [comments]
Posted: 09 Aug 2020 10:56 PM PDT Rules are simple, you discover Dhurke but then find out he's a good guy. Your heroic conscience kicks in and then you grab your attorney's badge upon discovering the terrible nature of Ga'ran's DC Act and her sadistic Spiderly nature as an amoral attorney worse than Manfred. But you need the Founders Orb and a true sense of justice along with the Holy Mother's guidance to bring Ga'ran down. How will you do it? How will you get the Founder's Orb? How will also find the truth about the fire from Jove's Divination Seance? And how would expose Ga'ran for being the sadistic megalomaniacal fraud she is? With the help of Nahyuta, Rayfa, and the rest of the other attorney's by your side. It's time to bring this despicably worthless, envious, blackmailing, and scheming aunt down once and for all! But seriously, would you stand up for it? And how would you do it? [link] [comments]
Differences between 3ds trilogy vs DS originals vs Switch/Steam trilogy Posted: 09 Aug 2020 03:07 PM PDT I have the trilogy on 3ds. I beat the first game on that already. I want to jump back into 2, but my 3ds is not accessible right now. Should I emulate the DS versions or pick it up on Switch/Steam? On Steam, I noticed the trilogy is separated into episodes. Would I have to replay the first game on Switch/Steam? What are the differences between these all three of these versions? [link] [comments]

Posted: 09 Aug 2020 09:46 AM PDT Hi, I'm playing my way through the first trilogy ( I'm in Justice for All 1 right now). Does anyone know if there's a list somewhere that could tell me about how much time it should take me to play each episode? [link] [comments] |
