My Ranking of the Ace Attorney cases Posted: 19 Apr 2020 10:25 PM PDT So, I have finished the original Ace Attorney Trilogy as well as the two Ace Attorney Investigations games, so I thought I'd make a ranked list of the 24 cases from those games:.

Turnabout Big Top question/glitch?? Posted: 19 Apr 2020 10:00 PM PDT I'm playing the switch trilogy version, and during Acro's testimony, after accusing him, you are asked to present evidence that shows Acro could have committed the crime. In every walkthrough I can find it shows you are supposed to present the Max G. Bust - but it's not in my court record? Is it possible I'm softlocked? [link] [comments]

Biggest "Stupid Evil" villain in the series? *Spoilers* Posted: 19 Apr 2020 09:42 PM PDT The biggest "stupid evil" character to me personally is Ga'ran Sigatar Khura'in. To define, a "stupid evil" character does villainous actions even when it clearly keeps them from succeeding. She abuses her power and instigates everything behind the scenes, yet she hasn't realized that her evil actions alone directly give her a disadvantage. She sets up this cult of personality after she usurps the throne and from this time on, continues the trial for her entertainment. What she hasn't realized that had zero effort to fight back and come up with more lies to continue backing up her argument, she's not like Quercus Alba or Bansai Ichiyanagi/Blaise Debeste. She turns Khura'inism into a "Corrupt Church" because she's the de facto head-of-religion and even tries to call out for a lawyer even though her genocide of lawyers have either died, resigned, or in prison. Plus she's extremely petty and cowardly to what Nahyuta puts it. Oh, Ga'ran blackmails Nahyuta too much that it ends up making him mad. Just like Edgeworth back in Ace Attorney 1. And for spending her time looking for the Founders Orb and having to take up the prosecutor's bench during the trial. She could've never easily come forth and/or have her face rebuttals to have the same long battle as in Investigations. She just lies and stands there because she has no idea what to do, pulls a "villain ball" by rewriting the law on spot every time and abuses her niece purely for the sake of it. TL;DR, Ga'ran is a sociopathic coward. Capcom clearly created her with the intention of wrapping up Apollo's unofficial arc with a villain so despicable, yet the proof that she can't channel spirits easily one-shot's her. They couldn't have gone with the same Investigations-style battle of "Rebuttals" instead, but nope. Yamazaki too lazy. She's just an "evil-for-the-sake-of-being-evil". That's it. We finished Apollo's arc that Takumi never completed. I'm leaving Ace Attorney. Bye-Bye! And to think... THIS is supposed to be the most depraved villain that Apollo Justice and Phoenix Wright ever faced? Give me a break! There's plenty of better villains that were FAR more executed better than Ga'ran ever was. If only they could have done more. Just saying. What is your's and why? [link] [comments]
[3-4 spoilers] What does the fandom think about this? Posted: 19 Apr 2020 08:06 PM PDT In Turnabout Beginnings, we learn that Terry Fawles fell in love with Dahlia when she was 14 and when he was 20. That's straight-up illegal and sick, and it really isn't helped by the fact that they met through tutoring. Even though Dahlia was stringing him along all the time, he was actually in love with her enough to make a vow to drink poison if he betrayed her (which he truly believed), and that really is kinda creepy. Granted we don't learn a lot of the details of their relationship so we don't know if they did anything sexual or intimate, but still, it's hard not to raise an eyebrow. What do you guys think of this? If anyone knows, is this issue handled more explicitly or differently in the original Japanese game? [link] [comments]
Why does everybody hate The Kidnapped Turnabout? Posted: 19 Apr 2020 06:44 PM PDT I really don't understand the hate for this case. I really liked the re-occurring characters and mechanics in this case. (Kay, Lang, and Little Thief to be specific.) On top of that, I found the motive to be quite funny, and the references to 3-3 made it even better. Now onto my favorite part of the case: The single case characters. I really liked Lance, and Lauren was hilarious at times. My only gripe was the one part in one of Lang's testimonies where instead of being able to present on Lauren and Deacon possibly knowing each other, you had to present on the one part where he says that "the two of them had planned the kidnapping", which was really obnoxious. A subreddit for Narumayo, r/Narumayo Posted: 19 Apr 2020 04:43 PM PDT I've noticed that quite a few users on this subreddit have an issue with Narumayo, whether it be because they personally don't ship it, or they see Phoenix and Maya's relationship as more platonic/familial. So when any piece of shippy art between Phoenix and Maya gets posted, things tend to devolve pretty quickly. So I've decided to make a safe haven for all Narumayo shippers, r/Narumayo! Here, we can post our fanart and fanfics without disturbing any non-shippers. Please, come join the fun! [link] [comments]

Are there any rumors circulating about second possible trilogy remaster? Posted: 19 Apr 2020 05:27 AM PDT I have played 1-4 games on my 3ds, but I had to sell it so I'm left hanging. Any rumors about the second trilogy? The worst part is that I planned to play them on the phone, but those versions are completely unplayable on my phone because of the screen issues.
